NASA on-board for Sue-Fest

So I'm reading my morning news on news.google.com (best news site in the world, make the switch) and I notice that NASA is the top two stories.

If I had to take a guess, they probably read my blog about "Sue Fest '03" and didn't want to be part of it. see for yourself. I think one of the rules with Sue-Fest should be that as long as you make promises (empty or otherwise) you're immune.

What does this mean for Sue-Fest '03?? NASA is on-board!!
