Turn 800 into 350m

Want to turn a mere $800USD into $350 Million in just 2 weeks? All you need is a time machine!

I had this idea 2 years ago. I think my house is bugged.

Fifty years ago, a brand new Cadillac Sedan DeVille cost a little below 10% of the current price tag.

One hundred years ago, a hundred dollars was a month wage if you were a hard worker.

Two hundred years ago, Alaska and Hawaii were purchased for $17. SEVENTEEN DOLLARS.

The point? Over time, the value of a dollar has decreased drastically. Let's stop for a moment and think:

"What kind of reduction in value will this 350 million take, being transported to over 200 years into the future?"

Another thought:

If the value of a dollar is, in fact, less in the future, imagine how little $800 would be worth. What we've got here is a homeless guy from 200 years into the future, bringing his pocket change to our time.

Jimmy:

It was only a matter of time before Kevin posted again. How does Kevin know so much about the future, more than can be explained by mere "extrapolation of current trends"? Either Kevin himself is a time traveler or Kevin doesn't know what he is talking about. Evidence supports the first since he's never been wrong before.

Zacharia:

I think I like this, "'time traveler'" as they so, bluntly stated it. I mean, he has spunk, and besides that, cazy people attract me. Why do they always so, either or, but never both? Like, he's either a pathelogical lier or a lunatic? I mean, WHY CAN'T HE JUST BE BOTH?!?!?! Is there so much wrong with that?

Oh, and I forgot to mention... if I could go back in time, I'd find Sabrina Cognata when we could be high school sweethearts and take her to the prom.

Birt:

If I could go back in time I would invent a piece of paper with a strip of adhiesive on the back that allowed you to stick it anywhere. I would call them Post-It notes! People would then, praise me for my discovery and companies would send me freebies for the rest of my life!
